Third Annual Plein Air Exhibit – Capturing the Beauty of Open Land
Douglas Land Conservancy invites you to attend its third annual Plein Air art exhibit on Saturday, June 25, 2016, from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Sunday, June 26, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at the White Pavilion, 414 Perry Street, Castle Rock.
Several renowned artists have been invited to visit conserved properties throughout Douglas County to paint during the week.
A portion of the proceeds from all art sales during the exhibit will benefit the land conservancy.
In addition to the Saturday and Sunday exhibit, you are invited to visit the wet room, located at 304 4th Street, in Castle Rock, around the corner from the White Pavilion, during the evenings of June 22 and 23, where pieces of artwork in progress will be displayed and sold Wednesday and Thursday evening from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm, prior to the public exhibit on Saturday and Sunday.
